NBA Players have been getting some special spuds in the mail!

Dallas Mavericks player Dirk Nowitzki sent out a tweet earlier this week thanking whoever sent him a potato with his face on it.

Dirk wasn’t the only player in the league to receive a starchy portrait of himself. Miami’s Hassan Whiteside also received a tater featuring DJ Khaled, as did Indiana’s CJ Miles, who was lucky enough to get a message on his spud; was called “the most underrated player in the game.”

There is no clues as to who is sending these, but they are flattering, and bring a whole new meaning to the word sweet potato.
