This guy was arrested after he called 911 and told the operator his grandmother suffered a stroke in the parking lot and he needed a ride. He said he would even pay them to take him there right away.
Officers searched for his grandma for three hours, only to discover she was completely fine. He was charged with misusing 911, but because the cost of the search for his grandmother exceeded $100, Florida state law elevates the charge to a felony.
