This dude wants his hair to come back so bad, he stole seven boxes of rogaine from a Walgreens in Detroit. Here is the crazy part the guy is completely bald!!
I can understand if the guy was losing his hair and was trying to grow it back, but it's gone man!!! It's to late... it's not coming back!! Cops are still looking for this guy and believe the Bald Bandit will strike again. Rogaine takes several months of consistent use to grow hair. So his seven boxes will eventually run out.
