It's sad to see that even Madonna can be surprised when it comes to people taking advantage of her. She found out personal items or hers, along with her hair still on it and an intimate letter from Tupac were being auctioned just like the rest of us.

She never knew these things had left her possession and was appalled that someone would betray her this way. The letter from Tupac is a jailhouse letter she received from him while he was in prison, explaining why he had to end his relationship- because she was white and it would just be bad for his image.

Other items among the Tupac letter were a pair of 'personally worn panties', lettters from her friend, Rosie O'Donnell and several other notes to and from her family and friends; items she never gave away or gifted to anyone.

Little did she know the person putting these items for auction is a former friend and art consultant, Darlene Lutz. Madonna is saying Lutz took the items without her permission and knowledge. So she filed an emergency court order on Tuesday to have these items from being auctioned on gottahaverockandroll.com.

Good news for Madonna! The judge ordered the site to remove the items. But, don't think the Lutz clan is stopping there. They think they have every right to auction these items. Let's see where this goes...
