Model Sues Police After They Force Her To Strip In Font Of Male Inmates

Colombian Model, Katherine Martinez, was arrested after a drunken altercation.

A video has gone viral since her arrest of her stripping down to nearly nothing while handcuffed. According to the 27-year-old she asked for a chair because she had hurt her ankle in the fight and needed to sit down; the officers were only willing to give her a chair if she performed a strip tease in front of them, male inmates, and on camera.

The officers then posted the video and the model is now taking legal action.

“All the police officers told me that if I wanted them to pass me a chair or take my handcuffs off, I had to take off my dress and show them my body.

“Then the male prisoners began to yell at me, “Yes, yes, lift your dress up.”

“I remember some things but not everything. I remember them telling me they were filming me.”

The Cali police commander, Hugo Casas, has apologized for the behavior of his officers.

“Our police force condemns this behaviour and disciplinary and judicial investigations are underway.

‘The officers have been fully identified. One is a patrol officer who drove the woman to the station, but another official is involved for failing to assist her.”
