[VIDEO] Girl Picks Up Teddy Bear & Hears Her Deployed Father’s Voice
BERLIN, GERMANY - MAY 08: Visiting children wait with their stuffed animals to have them diagnosed at the Teddy Bear Clinic at Charite Hospital on May 8, 2013 in Berlin, Germany. Charite Hospital hosts the annual Teddy Bear Clinic days and invites children from Berlin day care centers to bring their injured teddy bears for fictitious examinations, x-rays, surgery and healing as a way for small children to become acquainted with a medical environment.
A video is going viral, and for good reason… it shows the moment a young girl hears her deployed father’s voice coming from an Army teddy bear.
The girl picks up the bear, presses its button, and then a recording says:
‘Hey baby, Daddy loves you and misses you so so much. I can’t wait for you to be in my arms again. I love you.’
The girl puts her hands on her face and says: ‘Oh my gosh, that’s Daddy!’ and then gives the bear an enormous hug.
