Harvey Weinstein is back in the news.
Actress Salma Hayek did an interview with the New York Times claiming Harvey Weinstein is her monster. Hayek alleges Weinstein did everything he could to shut down her film "Frida" after she had rejected his sexual advances, and even once threatened to kill her. Weinstein has responded with a different account of the events.
Salma Hayek: Harvey Weinstein was a passionate cinephile, a risk taker, a patron of talent in film, a loving father and a monster. For years, he was my monster. https://t.co/kJpZXqOB36 pic.twitter.com/mnXUg7hUI7

Salma Hayek on Harvey Weinstein, in @nytopinion:
"No to letting a naked friend of his give me a massage.
No to letting him give me oral sex.
No to my getting naked with another woman.
No, no, no ...
And with every refusal came Harvey’s Machiavellian rage." https://t.co/8KfW3y3Igz

Here's a big reason why: https://t.co/3O9MN7Skp7
