Like most people who hold in a sneeze one man decided to do it and it sent him to the ER. He pinched his nose and closed his mouth when the 34-year old man heard a popping noise.

Come to find out he ruptured the back of this throat leaving him in extreme pain. He couldn't talk or swallow and immediately went to the hospital.

The sneeze was so forceful it ruptured his pharynx! If you're not sure what the pharynx is... it's the membrane filled cavity right behind the mouth. This sounds painful!

Don't hold your sneeze in anymore!
