Cardi B was in Tampa Bay for the Bay's biggest Spring Break party, WiLD Splash.
She showed up to the event and went straight to the interview area and did not take any photos with fans. Now no real reason was given as to why she didn't want photos...
There was one photo she agreed to take and that was with WiLD 94.1 staff members. Little did we know, when Cardi showed up in the hot pink suit with a PLUNGING neckline, that she DID NOT use any tape to hold the suit blazer in place. So those girl were free to come out whenever!
As you can, something came out and played a little peek-a-boo when all the commotion was going on to take the photo backstage.
