This is kinda interesting, but mostly weird and gross lol. A study from the Journal of the International Union of Crystallography (basically the study of crystals) reveals that a single crystal of cockroach milk contains more than three times the energy of regular dairy milk. They say that cockroach milk is filled with tons of amino acids and sugar-coated protein.
Cockroach milk isn't available just yet. But if it was, would you drink it?
