At one point the camera cuts to what appears to be Derulo in the shower. Once Derulo realizes he's being filmed, he grabs a towel to cover his package and starts chasing the cameraman.
As he's chasing the camera, Derulo then slips on his butt, flashing everything. However, his privates have been carefully pixelated as to not break any Instagram rules. The incident could have very well been staged just for some Instagram content. Either way, it's not really clear why he felt like he needed to share this with us. It seems like he just wanted a good laugh.
