A mother in Missouri is suing her son’s high school for discrimination because he’s not good enough for the varsity soccer team. He was kicked off the junior varsity soccer team because he did not make the varsity team.
He’s a junior in high school which means you can’t be on a JV team anymore and since he didn’t make varsity he got kicked off the team. The school says the family’s lawsuit is unsubstantiated.
