The warrants stem from three people in his crew being identified in a beat down of actor, Gabriel Rodriguez. Two of the crew live outside ATL, and Atlanta PD isn't looking to spend money to get them back into the state.
The three members were charged with misdemeanor battery for the incident, and MGK won't be charged because authorities say Rodriguez started the fight.
