This is already in six states and now it looks like Florida will be next if this bill gets passed. High school students in Florida may be required to take a financial literacy course before they graduate! This is wonderful news for most parents that have expressed their concern once their kids graduate.

According to the bill… the reason for the course is, “Many young people in this state graduate from high school without having basic financial literacy or money management skills.”
