Britney Spears in a ‘Much Better Place’ 10 Years After Breakdown

It’s been more than ten years since Britney Spears had a very public breakdown, but the singer’s comeback has been consistent.
According to a new report from Us Weekly, Spears is in a “much, much, much better place.”
Her Las Vegas residency, which ran from 2013-2017, grossed a whopping $138M and Spears has reportedly found the perfect partner in her boyfriend, trainer Sam Asghari.

Now, Britney’s music will also serve as the soundtrack for a feminist fairytale musical called “Once Upon a One More Time.” It will feature the traditional fairytale characters with a modern twist.
According to CNN, Spears said in a statement: “I’m so excited to have a musical with my songs — especially one that takes place in such a magical world filled with characters that I grew up on, who I love and adore. This is a dream come true for me!”
When it comes to family, Britney is also thriving. While the 37-year-old does not have custody of her two children, she has reportedly worked out a great system with ex-husband Kevin Federline where she gets to spend time with Preston, 13, and Jayden, 12. Federline is happy to let her take them to school and lessons and help them with homework, Us Weekly reports.
While her father and conservator Jamie Spears still controls her finances and many of her major decisions, he’s reportedly also allowed the singer a great deal of freedom and doesn’t micromanage her. But his recent health scare of a ruptured colon has also meant that she has temporarily postponed her second Las Vegas residency.

“I am dedicating my focus and energy to care for my family,” Britney said in a statement. “We have a very special relationship and I want to be with my family at this time just like they have always been there for me.”
