A man was arrested after a delivery guy delivered a $2,700 flat screen TV to the wrong house! The problem is that he never ordered the TV to begin with and accepting the delivery was essentially theft. Aka felony larceny.
He thought it was just plain good luck but soon after that police surrounded his house and arrested him.
"According to him, the Federal Trade Commission’s website says, “If you receive merchandise that you didn’t order, you have a legal right to keep it as a free gift” however it also says that you should try to resolve your problem first before keeping an item."
