Prosecutor in the Jussie Smollett Case Has Been Hit With A Subpoena

Lots of people are still confused as to how Jussie got off completely.
Kim Foxx Chicago’s top prosecutor has just been hit with a subpoena over the way she handled the Jussie Smollett Case. Foxx has been harshly criticized ever since her office dismissed all 16 counts against Jussie over the alleged “attack.”
