If you didn't know that this was illegal well... now you do! New Orleans Rapper GameOva Reedy was arrested after she ordered a Lyft to pick up her 5-year-old son and bring him to school so she wouldn't have to do it herself.
She placed her kid in the backseat and told the driver that she wouldn't be riding along. After the driver said no she walked away shutting the door to her house leaving the boy with the Lyft driver alone.
The man didn't take him to school though! Instead he dropped the kid off at the sheriff's office and told them what just happened. They arrested Reiona Oliver on desertion charges and two outstanding warrants. If convicted of the desertion charge, Oliver could face up to six months in prison!
