Kevin Hart Sued For Assault and Battery

A woman named Carmen Marrero is suing Kevin Hart for assault and battery after she says she was hit by someone in Hart’s security team.
Marrero says she was walking on a New York sidewalk when Hart came out of a building where he was holding the premiere for his movie, The Upside, when fans swarmed him and his security “violently contacted” as she walked by.
According to TMZ, Marrero is suing for unspecified damages for a facial fracture.
