[VIDEO] Phoenix Police Threatened To Shoot A Father And His Family After 4-Year-Old Son Stole Doll
THIS IS AWFUL! In a video just released, it shows Phoenix officers drawing their gun on an African American family and threatening to shoot them all because of a stolen doll. The man named Dravon Ames and his fiancee took their family to the Dollar store when one of their two kids took a doll without their knowledge.
Police then found the couples car outside of an apartment complex and approached the vehicle with their guns drawn. In the video you see the cop yanked open the front door screaming “I’m going to put a cap in your a–”.
Another officer yelled said, “I’m going to shoot you in your f—ing face.” This all happened right in front of their children who were in the backseat of the car. One of the officers pull Ames from the car, pushed his head to the pavement, handcuffed him then he threw him against the car and kicked him so hard he collapses. The officer then dragged him and punched him in the back!
“The first officer grabbed the mother and the baby around both of their necks, and tried to take the baby out of the mother’s hand,” the claim alleged. “He told her to put the baby on the ground, which she was unwilling to do because the baby could not walk, and the ground consisted of hot pavement.”
Even though the police department requires all cops to wear body cameras they were not recording at the time of the incident. The family has now filed a $10 million lawsuit against the city and its police department.
