Leah Rockwell who is the recreational leader tells us that they are trying to discourage people from camping out along the glass Walled Lake Pavilion because it rakes in $240k annually for events. The loop of “Baby Shark” will be a temporary fix to keep the homeless of of the patio. Many people in the city thinks that it’s wrong to chase people away with music.
