Mom ‘Shocked’ After Toddler’s Cake Says ‘Happy Birthday Loser’: ‘I Couldn’t Stop Laughing’
A mom was trying to make her 2-year-old daughter, Elizabeth’s birthday special by getting her birthday cake personalized with her nickname, “Lizard.”
As Melin Jones, rushed to pick up the cake, it wasn’t until she got home that she noticed the cake said, “Happy Birthday Loser.”
Jones took a picture of her daughter with the cake, but since she can’t read she won’t know until she gets older about the typo. Jones posted the photo online and it quickly went viral.
“A lot of people have reached out to me to tell me it made them laugh harder than they have in a long time, or that they were having a bad day at work until reading it and so on,” she adds. “That’s been the best part of it all, just knowing that people are finding the same type of humor in it that we did.”
