Dad Kills Teen Who He Believed Got His Daughter Hooked On Drugs
Micheal J D’Biagio was arrested by New Castle city police officers after he shot a teen whom he believed was getting his daughter hooked on drugs.
D’Biagio has admitted to using his gun to fatally shoot the 17 year old boy outside of the place that he worked at. He says that he drove up to his job and shot him five to 6 times. D’Biagio told officials that his daughter was allegedly buying and smoking marijuana and using cocaine with the young boy. He did confront his daughter, but took matters into his own hands when his wife and daughter went to the mall. D’Biagio was arraigned Saturday and is now being charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault. He has a gun permit and a clean record. D’Biagio has not yet entered a plea deal.
