Former Tampa Youth Pastor Arrested For Recording A Woman Changing In A Target Dressing Room
A former Tampa Youth Minister was arrested for recording a video of a woman trying on clothes at a south Tampa Target.
According to Tampa police, It happened last Friday. The woman spotted a cell phone poking through the bottom of the changing room at the Target located on Gandy. Cops used surveillance video from the store, and identified Charles Richard Schenck as a possible suspect. The next day he admitted to using his phone to record the woman. He is being charged with voyeruism.
