Deputies Make Arrest After Gibsonton Walmart Evacuated Due To Threat
A Walmart in Gibsonton was forced to evacuate Sunday afternoon because of a threat that was called in to the store!
Cops arrived to the Walmart on Gibsonton Drive just before 1:30 p.m. after an anonymous person said they were going to “shoot up” the place.
They evacuated the building out of an abundance of caution and eventually arrested the person who made the call!
They traced the call back to 31-year-old Wayne Lee Padgett who’s mother works at that Walmart location.
