The report, published in the latest issue of the British journal, "Public Health," by the RAND institute in Santa Monica found that obese people have on average nearly twice the chronic health troubles of people of normal weight.

According to a Delaware based news outlet the area has an adult obesity rate of 35.3%. Their report found that 27.2% of adults in the area don’t exercise, while 14.1% live with diabetes.
