Drake was in Brazil for the Rock in Rio festival and made a lot of enemies while he was there for not tipping! He refused to eat any of the of the food that their chef's prepared and then when everything was done reportedly didn't tip ANYTHING for the hotel staff.
Drake brought his own food, water and his own chef to Brazil. He also sent his personal chef in their kitchen to make him a dish upsetting the staff.
