Jillian Michaels says that intermittent fasting won’t help you lose weight.
During a session on IGTV Jillian was bombarded with questions about the diet craze and she was very forward with her stance on the weight loss method.
“It isn’t actually good for weight loss,” Jillian said on IGTV. “The only thing that works for weight loss is calories in, calories out.”
Jillian does think that eating every three to four hours and then giving yourself 12 hours in the overnight of not eating is a great alternative.
