Cardi B Says She Won’t Follow Trends on Her Sophomore Album

Cardi B said in a recent Billboard interview that she’s “not going for what’s hot” on her upcoming sophomore album.
Cardi’s debut album, Invasion Of Privacy, was what she wanted people to hear and Cardi says she’s sticking with that formula and “having fun” in her studio sessions.
“…cause if you think about ‘Oh my gosh, my first album was like this. I got to have the same recipe,’ it’s just not going to work,” says Cardi.
