Rachel Smith is furious after she caught her Lyft driver masturbating while she was with her baby in the car! She said when she got into the Lyft, the driver began playing “sad opera music” at top volume, which struck her as “weird.” During the ride she said she noticed him glancing and her and her baby , making weird eye contact and his hand moving up and down.
