Man Arrested After He “Lit Up Joint” In Front Of Judge To Advocate For Marijuana Legalization
Spencer Boston lit up and smoked a joint during his court appearance on a drug possession charge Monday. The video shows him addressing the judge and arguing for new marijuana legislation moments before sparking up the blunt. He was booked on a second charge of simple drug possession and was hit with 10 days in jail for contempt of court.
