Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty lingerie brand is under fire for alleged shady marketing tactics.

A non-profit organization named Transparency In Advertising accuses the brand of misleading prices and discounts.

TIA says customers unknowingly signed up for a membership that costs $49.95 a month. A spokesperson for Savage X Fenty said the company believes they are in compliance with consumer protection laws. Some have said there was an offer for a bra and panty sets for $25, the ad itself doesn’t disclose what you were buying. There was also a little extra item in your shopping cart that said ‘Membership’, but there’s no price next to it. It was just a little x.

TIA has filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
