The Hillsborough County Commission Voted To Decriminalize Marijuana Today
Today the Hillsborough County Commission leaders voted to decriminalize some amounts of marijuana! The commission passed The “Cannabis Ordinance” which allows noncriminal violations to be given for possession of less than 20 grams of weed. The ordinance will also give violators drug screening, education and treatment options. Violators cant receive more than 4 penalties.
