Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis announced late last night that there's two confirmed cases of the Coronavirus in the Tampa Bay area! One case is located in Manatee County and the other is in Sarasota County.
The Manatee County patient does not have a travel history to countries identified by the CDC but the second patient in Hillsborough County did travel to Italy. This person will remain isolated until cleared by public health officials.
