Polk County: PERV Arrested For Driving With His Penis Out
A Florida tried to explain to police why he was driving around with his wiener hanging out of his pants when he pulled up to a woman.
Well, the woman he pulled up next to was actually a detective! She said he was trying to get her attention so she would look down and look at his pants.
His explanation? He said he liked to drive around with his penis exposed because he gets hot and he like’s to “air it out.”
