Handcuffed Black Man Dies After Cop Kneeled On His Neck While He Was In Pain
A Video has surfaced showing a white police officer pinning a black man to the ground with his knees. The disturbing footage was taken by a bystander in south Minneapolis on Monday evening and has now sparked an FBI investigation into the man’s death. The Minneapolis Police Department confirmed the man died later that night.
