Florida Couple Shoots Flare At People Serving Legal Papers
The couple that get’s arrested together, stays together. Or something like that.
It all started when a man and a woman showed up to this couples home to serve them legal papers. The old guy apparently didn’t like the fact he was getting served, so he shot a flare at them. When cops arrived, the man admitted to shooting the flare gun and said he’d been drinking.
He was arrested for aggravated assault with a firearm and use of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol and she was arrested for resisting arrest and battery. See their mug shot HERE
