3 Police Officers Injured After Drinking Milkshakes Contaminated With Bleach
The NYPD is not pursuing any charges after three officers got sick by milkshakes which were believed to be contaminated with bleach.Police determined there was “no criminality” in the case after an investigation. According to reports the Officers had been assigned to work a protest Monday evening in Manhattan when they stopped at Shake Shack for a meal. The officers went to a local hospital for treatment but weren’t seriously harmed. Shake Shack said in a statement that it was “horrified” but relieved to hear all the officers were okay. The restaurant in as statement said that it was working with police in their investigation.
