Florida’s Medical Marijuana Industry Can Now Sell Edible Products
The Florida Department of Health just released emergency rules to allow Florida’s medical marijuana industry to start selling edibles!!!
The edibles include baked goods, gelatins, chocolates or drink powders. But there are some strict rules. They can not contain any color additives, can not look like candy, be decorated with sprinkles or have a bright color. This is obviously so it doesn’t get confused with a candy that children might buy.
