A shocking turn of events! One major vaccine trial has been halted after one of their patients became ill and developed symptoms that are “potentially unexplained.
They decided to pause the human trials to evaluate if it was because of the vaccine or not. Before a vaccine can be approved, the Food and Drug Administration would have to use emergency powers to clear it so it could formally be approved.
