Body Found In The Trunk Of A Burning Car In St. Petersburg
St. Pete. Firefighters responded to a car fire near the Twin Brooks Golf Course this morning, according to a St. Pete PD Facebook update. The car was on the Pinellas Trail near 41st Street and 22nd Avenue. After they put out the fire, they discovered there was a body inside the trunk. They have yet to identify the body yet, because of the fire. The call came in sometime around 6AM. If you have any information that might help investigators, you’re asked to please call the St. Petersburg Police Department at 727-893-7780.
