Black Or White: A Florida Man In Underwear Busted For Stealing Mail

This Florida man was walking around a neighborhood stealing mail in nothing but underwear. When a woman noticed him, she called him out. Well Captain Underpants didn’t like that and started yelling at her, threw a punch at her, and threw the stolen mail at her.
He was arrested and charged with burglary with assault or battery as well as resisting an officer. See his mug shot HERE
