Tom Brady is moving out of Derek Jeter's mansion soon and into his own home. According to Tmz, Tom Brady has his eyes set on a Clearwater area mansion. It's a $7.5 million waterfront estate in a private community which has a private gym, theater room, billiard room and media center. If you dont remember Tom and his family moved into Derek Jeter's mansion in the Tampa area back in April after he signed with the Bucs. Were told Brady is in the final stages, and is expected to close later on this week.
