A Martin county man says he thought he heard an intruder breaking into his home and accidentally shot his pregnant wife. The shooting happened this morning and after the man called 911, his wife was rushed to the hospital where she later died. The sheriffs office says the man gave them a detailed account of what happened, and is being investigated. There was also a 2 year old child in the home, but the child was not injured. I don't know about you, but something is not adding up! If you live with other people, why wouldn't you check to see who it was first, before you just stared shooting? Hmmm.... Police are still investigating!
