He got super drunk at a bar and the employee's wouldn't let him drive home, so they called him a cab. When he got in the cab, he started yelling at the driver and then punched him. He then got out and yelled "I'm Rick James Bitch!"
He went to jail and was charged with simple battery. See his mug shot HERE
