Chris D’Elia Accused Of Soliciting Nude Pictures From 17-Year-Old
Comedian Chris D’Elia is still in some serious trouble! He was just sued yesterday for allegedly soliciting nude photos from a 17-year-old girl and she says he knew she was under age!
She says that he requested and received more than 100 explicit images and videos from her for months. Apparently, while they were having sex he asked her age and then revealed she was still in high school!!! That might freak most people out but he just responded with “hot.”
They accuse him of violating federal child pornography and child sexual exploitation statutes.
