According to Retail.com, several fast-food chains are struggling to hire enough people to keep business going as states loosen coronavirus restrictions.

Taco Bell, for example, is looking to hire at least 5,000 employees in one day on April 21st during parking lot interviews at their restaurants around the country.

Widerhorn said, “The most recent stimulus check and unemployment benefits have been a catalyst for people to stay at home instead of looking for work.”

Right now it’s seeming like many people rather stay home and collect a check rather than secure a job now for the end of the year.
