If your employer gave you a bonus to get the vaccine, would you do it?

Kansas’ largest community college is handing over $250 to staff members who get the COVID-19 vaccination. A spokesperson for Johnson County Community College said they see it as “an innovative way to reinforce healthy decisions.” The funds are coming from a $765,000 health insurance refund for 2020, according to their vice president of strategic communication and marketing for the school.

They hope the “pay plan” will help in their effort to get nearly 14,000 students back on campus in the fall.
