Looks like weren’t not going to smoking weed recreational anytime soon. The Florida Supreme Court blocked the proposed ballot measure with a 5-2 vote. The reason the Florida Supreme Court blocked it is because of “misleading” language.
In the court’s opinion, the ballot measure’s summary is unclear about using marijuana recreationally in Florida regarding the restrictions in place under federal law.

This was a creative way to do it. Left alone, the dress is welcoming. But when you see that reporter coming who asks dumb questions, lift that sucker up and apologize that you can't take questions tonight.
