According to reports 49- Year old Walter Brois has been arrested after having a 12 hour stand off with the Pinellas County Sheriffs Department. Police say Brois made threats and refused to come out of the room at the Comfort Inn on Ulmerton Rd. They say that Brois has been arrested a total of 41 times. This is why Ulmerton rd was closed, but it did indeed open again after Brois was arrested.
